Reporting to the President, this role provides strategic oversight of financial operations, facilities, human resources, technology systems, and operational compliance—ensuring strong, efficient systems that support our mission.
We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented leader with 7+ years of experience managing business operations in organizations of 30+ employees, deep expertise in budgeting and financial management, and a commitment to building mission-aligned systems that support student success.
